We are an out-of-network provider. Depending on your plan, some or all of the cost of our services may be covered. Upon request, clients will receive a superbill, which is an itemized receipt with various provider information that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To ensure coverage, we recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm the following:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
How many therapy sessions are covered annually?
What is the reimbursement rate per session?
