Do you offer any resources for self-care or mental health outside of therapy?Yes, I provide resources, tools, and suggestions for self-care and managing mental health between sessions.

How do I get started with therapy?Simply reach out via phone, email, or the contact form to schedule your first session, and we’ll discuss your needs and goals.

InsuranceWe are an out-of-network provider. Depending on your plan, some or all of the cost of our services may be covered. Upon request, clients will receive a superbill, which is an itemized receipt with various provider information that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. To ensure coverage, we recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm the following: Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met? How many therapy sessions are covered annually? What is the reimbursement rate per session?

What if I don’t feel comfortable talking about certain things in therapy?It’s completely okay to go at your own pace. We can work together to create a comfortable environment where you can feel safe sharing when you're ready.

Is what we discuss in therapy confidential?Yes, everything shared in therapy is confidential, except in cases where there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others.

How often will I need to attend therapy sessions?Typically, weekly sessions are most helpful, but we can adjust based on your needs and schedule.

PaymentPayment is accepted using cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle & all major credit cards.

Cancellation PolicyNo-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are required to pay the full cost of the session
