Real Talk. Real Growth.

Your Journey. Your Pace.

With experience supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds, I strive to create a compassionate and empowering space tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe the foundation of any positive therapeutic relationship is built on trust and meeting clients where they are at. By taking the time to understand your background, supports, and goals, I aim to partner with you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Life can be a difficult journey, and it's easy to feel overwhelmed or lost along the way. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and discover tools that empower you to move forward. Together, we can work to help you find your path and navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I have experience working with clients who struggle with:

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • ADHD and Neurodevelopmental Disorders

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Personality Disorders

  • Trauma

  • School refusal/avoidance

  • Life Transitions

  • Grief and Loss

  • Self-esteem

  • I have facilitated adolescent group sessions focused on psychoeducation and practical tools for children, helping them build resilience and coping skills.
